Founder
Jason brings a therapist's insight and a writer's precision to nonprofit fundraising. He spent ten years as a Marriage and Family Therapist in San Francisco's community mental health system while also training as a professional writer specializing in technical writing, academic writing, and narrative nonfiction. He founded Valix Collective, where he now leads a team supporting nonprofits across grant writing, government contracts, donor development, and communications.
Francesca Hernandez - Singer
Grant Manager
Francesca has been helping nonprofit organizations with communications, grant writing, and overall fundraising support since 2005. She brings a deep love of language and bottomless enthusiasm for doing good in the world to her work. It is an honor for her to serve as a grant manager for SisterWeb and City Hope San Francisco.

Grant Manager
A nonprofit leader and strategist with 20+ years of experience helping mission-driven organizations grow through fundraising, strategic partnerships, and resource mobilization. Their work spans global health and development, arts and culture, women’s empowerment, housing and economic mobility, workforce development, and DEI&A initiatives. With experience as both a grantmaker and fundraising executive, they bring a unique perspective to aligning philanthropic investment with long-term organizational impact.

Justine Ragaas
Project Manager
An experienced development sector leader who has successfully directed non-profit organizations and education advocacy reform bodies in the Philippines. As a versatile fractional strategist, she provides end-to-end support to multiple US-based organizations, managing comprehensive grant writing, fundraising pipelines, and strategic communications. Her expertise seamlessly spans executive leadership, donor engagement, and multi-channel marketing and content development to drive global social impact.
